Baker Congregational Church is built.

Designed in the Shingle style, it is located at 760 Saratoga Street. The building becomes the home of the Maverick Congregational Church when the two congregations merge in 1932, then the home to St. Andrew Episcopal Church when that congregation joins. The church is renamed Grace Church Federated in 1949. St. John’s Episcopal Church joins the congregation in 1979.
